➡ Updated Overview Exporting
You are now able to export service user data directly from the Overview feature, in addition to the Export feature found on the Dashboard.
With our new Overview exporting feature you are able to:
- Export all individual client Overviews within one Zip file.
- Select individual fields from both the care and admin Overview to export via PDF or CSV files for each Service User.
➡ Optional analytics on Overview fields
You can now display analytics for any custom Overview field on StoriiCare. Simply enable the ‘Show in Analytics’ toggle found in Care Overview field settings for any field you wish to view analytics for. This is more useful for some fields than others - e.g. You will likely want to enable this for an ‘Allergies’,’ Diet’ or ‘Days Attending’ field, but potentially not for an ‘Emergency Contact’ field or ‘Insurance #’ field.
Once the toggle is enabled, ensure to save your changes, and then head to the Analytics feature within the Management Dashboard. From here, you will be able to view your desired field from the Chart dropdown on the top left. The data will then be displayed in an easy to view chart, with sortable tables below.
➡ Additional Care Plan Customization
Based on client feedback, you are now able to customize individual sections and headings within StoriiCare Care Plans. You can now:
- Change terminology of sections (e.g. Summary, Historical, Update Notes)
- Completely hide areas if not applicable (e.g. you may wish to just use the care plan summary feature for simple care plans)
- Customize Section headings and prompts
- Choose whether a section is a text answer response (‘Text’), an Outcome selector or a simple divider.
- Choose whether or not a heading answer is required in order for staff to save the plan
These changes enable clients to better align their StoriiCare plans to existing care plans where required, and add an additional level of customization available to any business on StoriiCare.
To make any care plan template customizations, head to Business Settings > Care Plan > Select the Cog/Gear icon for the relevant section you wish to customize.
➡ Group Portal Access Management
For clients with multiple care locations, this is an important new feature. If used, staff will now need only one staff profile to access multiple locations on StoriiCare.
Existing profiles from every business within your Group Portal will display within the ‘Business Access’ feature in Group Portal. Select a staff member, and a tab will open with businesses you can assign to them. For each business selected, you will be able to choose roles and permission levels relative to the individual business for that staff member. In order to ensure they can login directly to a business via their profile without multiple passwords, ensure the 'Staff Direct login' toggle is set to 'Yes'.
For staff, moving between businesses they have access to is now a quick and easy process. Click on the business name or their profile picture (circled below), and they will be see their profile, including a list of businesses they can access. Simply click on the business they wish to access and they will be logged in.
➡ Multi-Language Character Support for Calendar Events
Providers that offer services to clients speaking a variance of languages can now schedule events in any language. Simply create an event by using a native keyboard or pasting in any translation to the event title or description. Multi-language support also applies to digital signage, so any language can now be presented on your TV screens.
➡ Terminology changes for Activities
We have separated the 'New Activity' square into it's two core elements to better reflect their sepearate actions - 'Ad Hoc activity' and 'Activity Instructions'. Ad Hoc activity can be used to record any unscheduled activity on StoriiCare. Activity Instructions can be used to store and view key instructions for running activities or events in any business. Both of these features can be independently hidden or visible for specified staff members via permission settings.
Thank you for all your feedback! We truly appreciate you helping us make StoriiCare the best it can be. If you have any feature ideas, feedback or interest in testing upcoming functionality, please visit our feature request board from your StoriiCare profile or get in touch!
