We’ve always believed that the best way to build a brilliant product is by listening to our clients and acting on your feedback. This month, we have added a number of improvements and new features to StoriiCare.
Summary of Updates
➡ Trends feature for management
We are delighted to announce that Trends are now live for every client! For those of you with access to our group portal, the Trends feature may not be new to you. For individual sites and Managers however, this will be a brand new feature. You will find this within the Management Dashboard as shown below. Use trends to view metrics of how StoriiCare is being used in your care setting within set time periods. Select the 'chart' dropdown to view our range of metrics. Please note that some of the trend graphs will only map data from now onwards (e.g. Staff logins and Staff session time). We would love to hear what other trend graphs you may like to see on StoriiCare!
➡ Add our Family Portal button to your own website
Clients can now make it even easier for families to access their loved one's StoriiCare profile. In addition to our mobile apps, they can now log-in via our dedicated Family Portal. For ease of access, clients may add our new 'StoriiCare Family Portal' Button to your website. Note that family members will still need to have been granted access and have their login details at hand to view profiles. To add the button to your website, send the document below to your web developer - they will be able to implement our code snippet and the button can even be edited to suit your design preferences. If you have any questions please get in touch.

➡ REMINDER - Request or vote on new features with ease
All StoriiCare clients now have access to our new feature request and bug reporting board. You will find a link to this titled 'Feature Requests' at the bottom of every StoriiCare page once you have logged in successfully. From here you can view and vote on pending features, create a new feature request or log a bug you may have encountered on StoriiCare. We believe this transparent move of making some of our development schedule public will encourage our clients to voice their ideas and help StoriiCare be the best it can be!
Thank you for all your feedback! We truly appreciate you helping us make StoriiCare the best it can be. If you have any feature ideas, feedback or interest in testing upcoming functionality, please visit our feature request board from your StoriiCare profile or get in touch!
