🎉Milestone Releases 2024🎉

1. Billing Feature Expansion: From the ability to process payments and save payment methods to the addition of a Payouts view and QuickBooks/Xero Exports, our Billing feature saw A LOT of optimization this year! There are too many to list, so to ensure you haven’t missed anything, browse this year’s Product Update blogs here.

2. Balance Summaries and Invoice Metrics: We’re steadily improving our billing reporting—because when clients speak, we listen and deliver! Now you can gain immediate visibility into your invoice performance and track balances at a glance to make more informed financial decisions. Learn more here.

3. Beta EDI 837 Exports: We proudly introduced the Beta 837 Healthcare Claims Export feature to StoriiCare, allowing you to seamlessly generate EDI 837 bulk claim files by pulling data from invoices, payer profiles, and service user records. This new feature streamlines the entire claims process, saving valuable time for staff and improving overall efficiency. Although released in Beta, we eagerly welcomed your feedback and encouraged you to learn more by clicking here.

4. Custom Activity Banners: This was one of the most requested feature updates and it’s finally here! Upload custom cover photos for all the activities and events you schedule to the Calendar. Learn more here.

5. Form Analytics: Within Form Builder, users can turn on Analytics for specific fields/components in a form ensuring that data is collated for all completed entries. From Analytics, users can view that data and filter it by Service User, Group, Date, Field Name, etc. By enabling this feature, users can easily analyze form submission data, helping to identify trends, monitor compliance, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Learn more here.

6. Multiple Languages: StoriiCare is now available in Portuguese, Spanish, Cantonese, Russian, Lithuanian, Hungarian, French, Japanese, and Mandarin. This beta feature can be set at both the business and individual staff profile levels, making it easier to create a customized experience for each user. More languages are coming soon! Learn more here.

7. AI-Powered Notes Translation: We implemented an AI-driven translation feature that instantly translates notes, staff updates, and family communications, ensuring everyone remained fully informed, regardless of their language. This update changed the way users and staff members communicate, making the inclusion of different languages one of our top year achievements! Learn more here.

8. Outcomes Exports: Anyone looking to download reports on the Outcomes/Goals feature will be pleased to know this is now available with the ability to filter by status, service user, group, etc.

9. Message Enhancements: We elevated StoriiCare’s messaging system to make team communication more seamless than ever. Now you can share and download photos and videos directly in chat, create group conversations with custom names, and enjoy a cleaner, more intuitive interface while still being fully HIPAA and SOC 2 Type 2 compliant.

10. Beta CRM: This year you met our new Beta CRM—a friendly tool for managing relationships, tracking leads and sources, and smoothly bringing participants into StoriiCare. More functionality is on the way next year, and we’d love your feedback to help shape the perfect solution. Learn more here.

🌟Highlights of 2024🌟

1. Client Visits: We had the honor of visiting many clients this year: A few examples include Town Square University Parkway and ActivAge Sarasota in Florida, Friendship Center in California, Amazing Place in Texas, and Broadview Assisted Living in Massachusettes. We also recorded video showcases for three of those clients, which was a fun way to give back!

2. A Trip to Malta: A handful of our team had the opportunity to travel to Malta this year where we started implementation for a group of residential care homes on the island. We are grateful for the partnership with Care Malta and look forward to seeing StoriiCare expand throughout its facilities.

3. Team Retreat: In September, we hosted our first team retreat in Atlanta, GA. Our team flew in from all over the globe to spend time together in person. We experienced food and cycle tours of the city, went miniature golfing, had a karate lesson, cooked food, and managed to talk about work a time or two. It was a blast and we can’t wait for next year’s retreat!

4. NADSA: The National Adult Day Services Association conference is always a highlight for us! We love getting to see clients and meet new ones at NADSA. This year, we hosted our 2nd annual Client Dinner during the conference and immensely enjoyed connecting with those we support.

5. Growing Storii: Our consumer product, Storii, is steadily taking off! This year we launched our first ever TV Ad, which you can watch below. Cameron presented Storii at the RootsTech Conference in March (watch his presentation here). In September, we had the amazing opportunity to partner with Hilarity for Charity and giveaway Storii Boxes at one of their fundraising events in Washington DC. This holiday season, Storii was featured on HSN and by Lively from Best Buy Health! We also started offering Storii to Area Agency on Aging providers and are hoping to receive an NIA grant to expand Storii’s reach to the elderly in rural communities next year.
