Quick Navigation

We’ve always believed that the best way to build a brilliant product is by listening to our clients and acting on your feedback. This month, we have added a number of improvements and new features to StoriiCare.

Summary of Updates

➡ Timelines (Service User & Business)

You can now view all actions carried out on StoriiCare regarding a service user within their new Timeline on StoriiCare. The Timeline is a new tab within each Service User's profile. It will store every action carried out on StoriiCare in the form of timeline entries. Some entries will have an orange button on the right-hand side, which will take you directly to the action that has been recorded. In some cases, we will display the content of the action directly within a timeline entry, such as General Notes. Admins have the ability to remove timeline entries if preferred by selecting the bin icon. (This will not remove the record entirely, it will solely remove it from timeline.) The team are still making tweaks to the interface, so if you have any comments please let us know!

StoriiCare Timeline

To view a collated record of all actions completed on StoriiCare for all service users, you can click on 'View all' on the recent actions panel within the Dashboard. This will display all user's collated timelines in one live timeline feed.

➡ Handover (Beta)

With the release of the Timeline feature, we have created a separate Handover feature, enabling users to cycle through each service user's timeline on the same page. You can access Handover from the staff dashboard. Over time we will be updating this feature with filters and other functionality. We welcome your feedback!

Staff Handover

➡ Staff Analytics

Our new feature Staff Analytics enables all staff to view the number of actions they have carried out on StoriiCare, including their overall and average session time. Take a look at your analytics via the Staff Dashboard!

➡ Activity Analytics V2

We've made improvements to our activity analytics, enabling users to sort by individual service user and we've also included declined records within your analytics. In addition, we've made a number of design improvements to make viewing your activity metrics even easier.

➡ Activity Calendar V2

We've enabled exporting on our Activity Calendar! Users can export in table view or list view, either as a CSV or a Word/Doc file. Use the exported data to create your very own customised activity calendar, whilst keeping all the important data in one place. We will be making further updates to our calendar in the coming weeks - keep an eye out for new features!

➡  Live support chat

We've made it easier for you to access live support chat from anywhere on StoriiCare. Whether you're using our apps or on a browser, you can access StoriiCare support chat at any time either from the training icon (click launch live chat) or from the footer of the page (click live chat).

➡ Care Planning Full View / Printing

You can now view all your service user's care plan sections within one summarised care plan, and download/print as a pdf that includes a service user's overview. Click on 'View all' within a Service User's care plan to access this.

➡ REMINDER - Request or vote on new features with ease

All StoriiCare clients now have access to our new feature request and bug reporting board. You will find a link to this titled 'Feature Requests' at the bottom of every StoriiCare page once you have logged in successfully. From here you can view and vote on pending features, create a new feature request or log a bug you may have encountered on StoriiCare. We believe this transparent move of making some of our development schedule public will encourage our clients to voice their ideas and help StoriiCare be the best it can be!

StoriiCare Feature Request

Thank you for all your feedback! We truly appreciate you helping us make StoriiCare the best it can be. If you have any feature ideas, feedback or interest in testing upcoming functionality, please visit our feature request board from your StoriiCare profile or get in touch!
