Quick Navigation

We’ve always believed that the best way to build a brilliant product is by listening to our clients and acting on your feedback. This month, we have added a number of improvements and new features to StoriiCare.

Summary of Updates

➡ General Notes Filters

We had requests to add a way to filter between the general notes of service users. You can now use our new filter dropdown to choose which service users' general notes you wish to view. In addition, the General Notes feature when accessed from a Service User’s profile will now automatically display only the notes of that Service User.

➡ Staff and Service User Alphabetical Sorting

An A-Z sorting feature had been on our roadmap for quite some time, primarily to help clients with larger groups of service users navigating the platform. This feature is now live! In addition to text searching for a staff member or service user, you can now arrange each list alphabetically to assist your search.

➡ Updated Weight status badges

In order to support staff in utilising the data they enter to make quick and useful observations, one client had recommended we add colour coded weight status badges. Relative to a service user's height, a weight badge ranging from severely underweight to obese will now be generated once a weight has been recorded. This badge will also be displayed in each service users' Overview.

➡ Request or vote on new features with ease

All StoriiCare clients now have access to our new feature request and bug reporting board. You will find a link to this titled 'Feature Requests' at the bottom of every StoriiCare page once you have logged in successfully. From here you can view and vote on pending features, create a new feature request or log a bug you may have encountered on StoriiCare. We believe this transparent move of making some of our development schedule public will encourage our clients to voice their ideas and help StoriiCare be the best it can be!
