➡ Care Planning Updates
Descriptions
You can now add informative descriptions to the different sections of a care plan. This may be used to support staff with prompts or descriptions of what should be included within each section. These descriptions can be edited via Business Settings > Care Planning.
Formatting
To improve our care plan readability, you will no longer see empty fields when viewing care plans on the platform or in print outs. Now you will only see sections that have information stored. Please note that when creating or editing care plan sections you will still see all available fields.
Summary of Updates
You can now make updates to care plans and see a summary of updates at the bottom of each section. This essentially functions like Progress Notes, but for each section of a care plan.
➡ MAR Chart Printing
You can now print service user MAR Charts from the Medical Information/Visits feature. Click on the Medication tile at the top and then click the Print MAR button in the upper, right-hand corner of the Medical Information screen. The MAR is populated by the medication section.
When adding new medication you will now see a drop-down menu of medication names and updated form details.
➡ Calendar Updates
Terminology Changes
- The 'Duration' field is now 'Time'
- The 'Any Time' option when scheduling an activity is now 'All Day'
- To add an end time to an event, select the 'Duration' tick box and select an end time.
Duplicating Activities/Events
You can now duplicate a scheduled activity by going to the Day View of your calendar and clicking the three dot icon in the right hand corner of the scheduled activity. Select 'duplicate event'.
Edit Recurring Activities
You can now edit a recurring event and not have those edits reflected in all future recurring events.
Filtering for Custom (staff-added) Activities
When adding an activity, there is now a tick box that when selected, only shows the custom activities staff have created.
Add a new activity without having to go to Manage Activities
When adding a new activity, you now have the option of accessing the '+' square either from the activity selection page or the Manage Activities page.
Simplified Day View Export
The activity location can now be seen on the simplified day view export.
Activity Descriptions pull through to Event Descriptions
If an activity has a description, when scheduling an event it will now pull through to the event description as a placeholder, enabling you to edit the description for a specific activity if required.
➡ New Calendar Exports
We have carried out a full design update to our calendar exports. Our new calendar export includes location and wellness tag keys, in addition to backgrounds that change on a monthly basis. Give them a try by heading to the exports button on the left-hand side of our calendar feature!
➡ New Overview Fields
The following information fields have been added to the Overview section:
- Days attending (for adult day service providers)
- Assistive Devices
- Diet
➡ Group Portal Updates
Our Group Portal has allowed managers of multiple sites to view their business analytics from one place. Now management can log into each of their communities' StoriiCare accounts directly from their Group Portal. Simply click on the house icon next to the community you want to log in to from the Business tap in Group Portal.
