Quick Navigation

We’ve always believed that the best way to build a brilliant product is by listening to our clients and acting on your feedback. This month, we have added a number of key features and improvements to StoriiCare.

Summary of updates

  • New family page design and experience
  • Branded client family portals
  • Attendance + Transport Schedules (Beta)
  • Group Login Service User Census + Maps
  • Inactive service user retrieval

➡ New family page design & experience

We are delighted to introduce our new family page! From your feedback, we decided to simplify the process of inviting family members to connect with their loved ones on StoriiCare. Everything from the email or SMS they receive, to the pages they can view has now been improved. To try this feature out for yourself, care staff are encouraged to invite themselves as a 'test' family member to understand the experience for families.

Inviting family members

To invite a service user's family member, you will still enter their email or mobile phone # within CareCircle on the profile of a service user. The invited relative will receive an invite email, with a link to click that will take them to a new, simplified signup page. Once they have signed up they will automatically be connected to their loved one in care.

 ➡ Branded Client Family portal

Each StoriiCare account now has a dedicated family portal page, which can be linked to your own website to enable easy access for families, whilst retaining your business logo and brand. If you have not yet received your dedicated URL, please get in touch.

➡ Attendance + Transport Schedules (Beta)

Our new Scheduling tool Beta enables you to schedule attendance and transport at your care facility!

  • View at a glance who is scheduled to arrive when, and identify exceptions with ease
  • Create recurring schedules for multiple service users
  • Export scheduling data in CSV format for billing or reporting requirements

This feature is still in continued development and we will be updating this regularly over the coming weeks - your feedback is greatly appreciated! Please get in touch to let us know how we can improve this tool.

➡ Inactive Service User retrieval

We've made it easier to de-activate and re-activate profiles on StoriiCare. This is particularly useful for providers that may work with service users that spend longer periods away from a facility. Now, when you remove a service user's profile they will automatically be categorised into the group 'Inactive', from which you can easily re-active them from via the People page.

➡ Service User Census + Maps (Group Login)

For group clients with access to our group portal, you will now be able to run a live census of your service users under multiple metrics such as age, gender, religion and more. You will also be able to view each service location on an integrated map.

➡ REMINDER - Request or vote on new features with ease

All StoriiCare clients now have access to our new feature request and bug reporting board. You will find a link to this titled 'Feature Requests' at the bottom of every StoriiCare page once you have logged in successfully. From here you can view and vote on pending features, create a new feature request or log a bug you may have encountered on StoriiCare. We believe this transparent move of making some of our development schedule public will encourage our clients to voice their ideas and help StoriiCare be the best it can be!

StoriiCare Feature Request

Thank you for all your feedback! We truly appreciate you helping us make StoriiCare the best it can be. If you have any feature ideas, feedback or interest in testing upcoming functionality, please visit our feature request board from your StoriiCare profile or get in touch!
