Accessibility Statement

How we work to make the StoriiCare website and apps accessible to everyone, and how to tell us about any barriers you find.

Quick Navigation

Our Commitment

Storii Global, Inc. wants the StoriiCare website (storiicare.com) and apps to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to make our content easier to see, hear, navigate and understand, and we welcome feedback on how we can do better.

Our Accessibility Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Conformance Status

The StoriiCare website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some content may not yet fully meet the standard.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we:

  • Consider accessibility when we design new pages and features and when we write content
  • Add descriptive alternative text to meaningful images
  • Support keyboard navigation for menus, links and forms
  • Aim for sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
  • Use clear headings and page structure to help people using screen readers
  • Review the website on an ongoing basis and fix issues as we find them

Known Limitations

Some parts of the website may not yet fully meet the standard, including:

  • Some older pages, which we are reviewing and updating
  • Embedded third party content, such as videos, scheduling and chat widgets, and reCAPTCHA, which we do not fully control
  • Some PDF documents, which may not be fully accessible to screen readers

We are working to improve these areas. If you need information from any of this content, contact us and we will help.

Compatibility

We aim for the StoriiCare website to work with recent versions of major web browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, and with major screen readers and other assistive technologies. Older browsers and assistive technologies may not display all content correctly.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the StoriiCare website and apps. If you find an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternative format, please email us at team@storii.com.

Please tell us the web address (URL) of the page, the problem you found and, if possible, the browser and assistive technology you were using. We aim to reply within 5 business days.

If you need information on this website in a different format, such as large print or plain text, we will do our best to provide it.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, please contact us again at team@storii.com and ask for your concern to be reviewed by a senior member of our team.

If you are in the UK and remain unhappy with how we have handled your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). If you are elsewhere, you may be able to contact your local equality or consumer protection body.
