How StoriiCare EVV Works
Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is required by the 21st Century Cures Act for Medicaid-funded personal care and home health visits. StoriiCare EVV records each visit on the caregiver's phone and turns it into a verified record that feeds your billing and claims.
1. Check in with GPS
Caregivers open the StoriiCare EVV app on iOS or Android and check in at the client's home. The time and GPS location are recorded automatically.
2. Record care during the visit
Log completed tasks, notes and client signatures as you go, even without a signal. The app syncs automatically when you are back online.
3. Check out and verify
Check-out records the end time and location, giving you a verified visit record with service, client, caregiver, date, location and start and end times.
4. Bill and report
Verified visits flow into StoriiCare billing, with EVV data included in Medicaid claims where your state requires it. Export CSV and PDF reports for audits.
