We’ve always believed that the best way to build a brilliant product is by listening to our clients and acting on your feedback. This month, we have added a number of key features, beta releases and improvements to StoriiCare.

➡ Life Story Feature

We are excited to release our new Life Story feature, enabling users and staff to create a comprehensive life story resource for Service Users and their loved ones. This new feature provides over 800 Categorized Life Story Questions which can be used as prompts to build up a life story.

This new feature can be found on all StoriiCare and Storii Family Profiles from today, accessible from the new 'Life Story' tab.

Questions are stored within categories and subcategories. Navigate through the available categories and subcategories to find a list of questions you would like to complete. Complete or incomplete questions can be filtered out using the filter to the top right of the screen. Questions that have been answered will display the type of response included in the answer. E.g. if text has been stored in an answer, the tT icon will show to the right of the question.

At current, question answers can only include formatted text. In a coming update we will be releasing the ability to add images, videos and audio recordings to question answers.

Question answers can easily be edited, with a record showing when the answer was last updated and by whom.

Answers can be shared with family and friends by selecting the 'Share' button to the top right of an answer. You have the option to either 1. Enter the email address of individuals you would like to share the answer with and select 'Share' 2. Generate a link that can be copied and shared via SMS, WhatsApp, iMessage or any other messaging system. Recipients of the email or link will be able to access the question answer that was shared and that answer alone.

We encourage providers to try this new feature, accessible from the Life Story tab found in a Service User's profile. Please provide direct feedback via live chat or emailing team@storii.com. As with all features, we plan to update the Life Story feature on a regular basis after reviewing user feedback.

➡ Staff Rota (Beta) Updates

We are releasing periodic updates to improve our new Staff Rota feature. Updates made this week include:

1. The ability to create and edit custom schedule types
2. An improved Excel and PDF Rota Export

➡ Bug fixes & Upcoming features

We released a number of key bug fixes this month based on user feedback and reports. We also expect to release our widely anticipated Form Builder within the next Month. Keep an eye out for upcoming updates - you will want to see these!
