We’ve always believed that the best way to build a brilliant product is by listening to our clients and acting on your feedback. This month, we have added a number of key features, beta releases and improvements to StoriiCare.

➡ Staff Rota (Beta)

Clients will now have access to the Beta of our new Staff Rota feature.This is a work-in-progress feature and we will be monitoring usage and feedback closely to ensure it is fit for purpose.

Staff Rota Feature Summary

• Add both work and leave schedule entries for each staff member (single or bulk entries)
• PDF and CSV Exports (Including both Work and Leave entries)
• Edit, cancel or delete entries where required

We encourage providers to try this new feature, accessible from the Staff Rota tab of the Schedule feature, found in your Dashboard. Please provide direct feedback via live chat or emailing team@storii.com.

➡ Combining Groups for Staff and Service Users

We received feedback that it would be useful to combine available groups on StoriiCare for staff and service users, instead of having to create two separate groups on the system. If beneficial, groups can be assigned a specific color, which will be reflected in group badges on StoriiCare for easy identification.

Both Service Users and Staff can be added to a group. Service Users and Staff can be in multiple groups if required. You will be able to filter by these groups across the StoriiCare system.

➡ New Staff Login page design

We improved the staff login page, including speed improvements and updated filter options. You can now choose between the standard list view or grid view, both on Mobile and Desktop. If a staff member is in a group, you can now also filter staff by group using the group dropdown. Please note that in preparation for an upcoming 'Staff Record' feature, you can no longer 'quick jump' between Staff Profiles on the system. To login as another Staff Member, please log out then login as the desired staff member.

➡ Home Care Visits display in Family Feed

Home Care visits completed via the Storii HomeCare App will now automatically show in the feed of any family members or service users on Storii Family, provided they are a connection of that Service User. These visits will also show in weekly roundup emails.

➡ Bug fixes & Upcoming features

We released a number of key bug fixes this month based on user feedback and reports. We also expect to release our widely anticipated Form Builder along with another new feature within the next Month. Keep an eye out for upcoming updates - you will want to see these!
