We have partnered up with Queen Margaret University to conduct research on memory and recognition. More specifically, we are interested in finding out how we can influence or improve the ability to remember names and faces.

In the care industry, there have been studies conducted on the effect of colour concerning people with Dementia (Alzheimer's Society). As people with Dementia tend to experience difficulties with their perception and sight it can sometimes cause them to misinterpret the world around them. It has been shown that colour can impact our energy, mood and well-being but what we want to focus on is colour and location and their impact on memory. For example, would it help someone with Dementia if there were indicators and prompts to help them remember a certain name. The information found from this study is key to enhancing colour psychology research as well as helping us to further improve the StoriiCare platform.
