Teresa is Executive Director for the NC Adult Day Services Association, a position she has held for 25 years. She began her career working directly with clients in adult day services and has held a variety of supervisory and leadership positions, including Director of the National Adult Day Services Association. Additional leadership experience includes assisted living administration, storm recovery work and community health work with Duke University Health System. Teresa earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Campbell University and MBA Plus in Health Care Administration from Gardner-Webb University.
