Joan Marie Granato

Joan Marie Granato is President of Future Focus Inc., Creative Health Care Consultants, and has helped open, operate and grow more than 40 adult medical and social day centers across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Services include: licensure requirements and approvals, overall operational planning, survey preparation and compliance, plan of correction implementation, policies and procedures, form design, staff recruitment and training, quality assurance programs, interim directing and administration, environmental design and tri-level marketing.

Joan Marie is President of the New Jersey Adult Medical Day Services Coalition, a NADSA board member and an NCCAP Nationally Licensed Instructor for activity professional certification. She led the task force that brought telehealth to New Jersey adult day centers and presented the program nationally for NADSA. She holds a BA in Recreation Administration from Kean University, studied Therapeutic Recreation at NYU and is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator.
